The hotel is situated onto the rock, with a magnificent view to the Gulf of Evia. It was constructed in 1985, while the bungalows were built in 1997. It belongs to the A’ category (four-star hotel). It has 95 rooms in the central building and 21 rooms in the bungalows section.
It consists of 5 buildings, which connect with each other forming a “Π”-shape, in order for all the rooms to have a view to the external, big pool and to the sea. In the buildings 1,2,4 and 5 are located the double and triple rooms, as well as the suites.            In the basement of the 3^rd building there is:

• Kitchen facility (cook-room, fridge, store room, refrigerators etc)

• Staff restaurant

• Drink cellar, warehouses, changing rooms, toilets, laundry and ironing room

• Enclosed parking lot of 26 cars (207.54 sq.m.)

• Spa and sea therapy facilities
